The Extra Good News!
The very first picture that
we are given of God in the Bible
is that we see Him working!
In fact on the
1st day
2nd day
3rd day
4th day
5th day &
6th day,
we see God at work,
creating this world.
Then on the 7th day
we see God resting from
all His work, of which He
then declares, it is all very good!
But what did God do on the 8th day?
On the 8th day, 9th day, the 4,000th day
and even TODAY God has been
working out the implications
of His redemptive plan
in the lives of His Children!
Philippians 2: 13 MEV
For God is the One working in you,
both to will and to do His good pleasure.
