Gideon was called on by God
for a very important mission,
yet Gideon thought God
had the wrong man.
Gideon, simply didn’t see himself
in the same way that God did!
The Good News for all of us,
who have ever felt like Gideon,
unsure, incapable and unqualified,
is that God was right about Gideon
and Gideon was wrong about God.
God didn’t have the wrong man,
Gideon had the wrong self-perspective!
